In-House Pump Fabrication, Engineering, Repair & Assembly Service
At Coker Pump & Equipment Company, our expertise in pumping is built on a long history in the business. We have stocked and delivered engineered pumping systems since 1956. But our capabilities do not stop with distribution; we also fabricate, assemble, repair, engineer, and retrofit existing pump systems. We stock many varieties of pump components, including drive equipment, motors, couplings, gearboxes, and meters, and we use them to assemble pumps economically and quickly. Our experienced technicians can design pumps of many varieties, including centrifugal, vacuum, metering, and submersible pumps. We also engineer and construct positive displacement pumps, including rotary lobe, air-operated, high pressure, and gear pumps. The technicians at Coker have versatile skills: they can convert existing Viking pumps into a rubberized product that can accommodate asphalt, eliminating the need to purchase a new pump. They also provide flexible design with typical components that reduce spare part inventories on our customer’s shelves. Our pumps and components are made from the finest materials, including Hastelloy, cast iron, ductile iron, steel, aluminum, PTFE, and many more. We design pumps that handle flows up to 25,000 GPM, pressures up to 15,000 PSI, viscosity up to 2,000,000 SSU, and temperatures up to 800 °F. And we are proud to provide our services with fast lead times, typically just 2 weeks or fewer.
